The sword of silence
Is sharp on both edges
It's stealthy glitter
Is enough to pierce the heart.
Is sharp on both edges
It's stealthy glitter
Is enough to pierce the heart.
*****
A butterfly comes to perch
On a closed glass; screamless
It's colourfull costume
Is turned against me.
Shown to me on this side
Are its lean legs
And bulky belly carrying eggs.
A bird pecked it and flew away
As I sat still in silence.
A snake might have gulped this bird
Some where beyond my view
And this snake would be
By some other snake or bird
Thus the chain links
Goes on without clangours.
Silence has
Sharp beak
Wide open mouth
Wide open mouth
And stomach.
